By granting your consent to the processing of personal data within the meaning of these Terms, you acknowledge that if your application is manifestly unfounded or inappropriate, especially if repeated more than 3 times a year, each additional application will be subject to a fee of € 20 (charge for administrative notification costs and implementation of the required measure). In the event of non-payment of the fee, TTS-Martin may refuse to act on request.

At the same time, you acknowledge that TTS-Martin must, first of all, reliably verify your identity before making the request, so that you can not abuse your rights. For this reason, TTS-Martin may request additional information or documents needed to verify the identity of the person (s) in question if he has reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant.
